when i moved the mouse to procure off the eyeshade saver the apperants on the blind icons, and everything else is so big, i try shuting it down a few time but it didnt work, what should i do?

Did you try adjust the display properties? Here's how:
Right-click on your desktop and select Properties. Click the Settings tab. Look for the Screen Resolution area on the not here side, lower half of the Settings tab. 800x600 is a low resolution that make everything large. Click and drag the slider to a sophisticated setting, like 1024x768, hit the Apply button, and see how it looks.
Right click on your desktop and click and select Apperience or I expect Sttings, it should be the option at the botton, the later one. The Click on the Settings tab at the top and there should be a short time slider thing, newly move that thing near your mouse and you will see a preview of how it will look like, set it your prefered size and later click OK
