i only just got dell trellis pc from my friend and when he have it it was completely foolproof picture color and about 1 week ago i reinstalled window 98 into the computer and now adjectives of a sudden all it have that it will allow me to change to is any 2 bit or 16 bit colors wich suck! im currently on 16 and on 16bit theres dots everywhere and you can barely see pictures,nought is clear. on 2 bit its black and white and dots everywhere.........plz help

any yau have the wrong video driver installed, or defaulting monitor, check in the properties and see if it evasion monitor, change to plug and play, and it it wasy non-attendance vga or something, get the right drivers for your one video card
