later the screen shows an error message dictum... frequency low, change to different frequency. what could be the problem, and how can i rectify it?
Answer:
Right click on your desktop and turn to properties. Click on the settings tab and on the Advanced button. Click on the Adapter tab and the list adjectives modes button. Change the frequency to a higher frequency, ie from 60hz to 75hz. Click on OK and the Apply.
did you or somebody messed around contained by the BIOS settings? that BIOS is not a toy to mess around with. Go rear in it, and hit F5 or F7 or F9 (whichever that is) to bring spinal column everything back to defaut, afterwards hit F10 to save and exit, Y to confirm. It'll restart your computer. See this would sustain.
I doubted it would be memory, because if it's memory, your computer won't even boot up.
Incompatible RAM chips or a wrong Processor. The store can figure it out.
Sounds close to someone may have changed your display frequency, right click on your desktop not here click on properties click on settings and check your display properties including the frequency

if your pc utter wrong frequency or things similar to that you should change your frequency contained by your BIOS setup
you should set it to default next save and restart its that uncomplicated!!!
