my acer lcd monitor is washed out and green ..any route to fix it?
Answer:
This seem to be a common problem, First check the pins, and the nouns. If the problem still exists, next inspect the cable running from the computer to the monitor for pinches, or cuts. If anything is notice, depending on the model monitor you have you might know how to replace the cable. If this doesn't work, bad report, sometimes you can find a monitor, or T.V. repair shop that might be able to comfort you out but most of the time it is cheaper to just buy a different monitor.
Unplug the monitor from the PC and look at the pins on the cable. In the past ten years or so, I've see a dozen or so instances where one of the pins (apparently the red signal) getting smooshed when it get plugged in. Straighten it out (don't break it!). Plug it contained by carefully and smile that you didn't involve a new monitor.
