mouse cursor is moving lacking my intervention on eyeshade?

You are any hacked and your desktop is lower than control of some remote computer OR your mouse (probably optical) is misfunctioning. If the moves are like human movement close to big and fast circles, big and in haste elipticals you are probably hacked. If the movements are contained by one direction until the end of the eyeshade probably your mouse is misfunctioning.

pilfer a towel and place it under the mouse. The optical mouse when plcaed on a smooth and multicolored surfaces gets reflection back next to varying intensity which it translates into motion.
