My 1 year out-of-date screwed up my computer. How do I move my start button and pub subsidise to middle-of-the-road??

Ok, so the terminalogy may not be correct, but I entail help. I own a start button in the moved out hand corner and a blue slab across the bottom screen. Well my son did something any with the the ivories or mouse and now the start button and banister and vertically up the right side of my screen and it is driving me nuts. HELP

you necessitate to "grab" it with your cursor contained by the corner and drag it back into place
I presume you can just click on it and drag it to the bottom where on earth it used to be.
Left click on the "blue bar" that you now hold on the right side of your screen and "drag" it to the postion where on earth you want it to be. It won't appear as if if you're dragging it. Once you "unclick" it will be in the position you "unclicked" it at.
"grab" it next to your cursor move the taskbar back down after right click on the taskbar and click on lock taskbar .. right click on the taskbar and click on unlock then "grab" it beside your cursor move the taskbar back down after right click on the taskbar and click on lock taskbar
left click on dowel drag it back to where on earth you want it release button...
