Mouse settings own changed?

The settings of my mouse changed on its own and its irritating.Earlier to higlight a page or a programme over another I have to take the cursor and click it over the page I required to view.Now basically moving the cursor does it.I dont have to click the mouse to stress it.I checked the mouse settings in the control panel and nought has be changed.I also removed the mouse and put another one but nothing changed.

did you only just download IE7?
In Control Panel or Windows Explorer,

click Tools in the Menu Bar,

click Folder Options,

consequently on the General Tab, tick "Double-Click to open an Item"



Do you check for, and remove, Spyware ??
